I'm left asking: how do they make the newly added weapons from Warfare II look and sound so incredible, while at the same time, keeping the clay-like texture and belching noises of the wolves? Why are the planets still named things like "earthlike" and "alien planet?" Why are the NPC ships and stations only manned by vending machines? Why are space pirate encounters either periodic attacks by relentless buzzards with guns or innocent passers-by? Why are the only organisms in the system trees, grass and wolves, and spiders? Over the years they keep adding incredible content, yet at the same time they neglect a few features that are simply mediocre, which adds a bad contrast in the game's quality. but they don't seem to be doing anything with it. The general idea is good, there are things that were done in this game that few other game developers could even dream of doing, the game has a ton of potential.
